Online Advertising Manager


We’re looking for an Online Advertising Manager to join our ambitious agency.

This exciting new role would suit a detail-oriented professional who wants to apply their analytical skills in a creative environment.

In this role, you’d work with the Head of Campaigns, Head of Data and Media Buying teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across a range of digital channels, working closely with strategists, creatives, and client teams to deliver strong performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, optimisation, testing, and performance monitoring
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is controlled, and performance targets are met
  • Analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Produce clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
  • Support client communications by providing performance updates and insights when required
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices
  • Contribute ideas to campaign strategy, testing plans, and innovation across accounts
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, SEO, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Support new business opportunities by contributing ideas, insight, and knowledge of our creative approach.
  • Work closely with the Head of Campaigns, Head of Data, Media Planning & Buying Manager, and the wider teams across the agency to support projects and initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a paid media or digital media buying role, ideally within an agency
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management (agency experience a benefit, but not essential)
  • Excellent knowledge of all social platforms, and experience using their scheduling and analytics tools
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple accounts and platforms
  • Paid & organic social media planning & campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams and clients
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00-£33,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • King’s Lynn PE30 1JW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
