We are searching for an enthusiastic and inquisitive entry-level professional who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about working with data, and excited to generate insights that help fuel creative marketing ideas.
Working closely with the data and research team, you will assist in gathering data, assisting with reporting, and supporting the implementation of data marketing strategies for the Maze group and our clients.
Responsibilities
- To support the data team in collecting, cleaning, and organising marketing data to help identify underlying customer trends and behaviors.
- Assist in compiling data for customer personas and segmentations to help build target audience profiles.
- Contribute to the development of case studies and thought leadership content highlighting the impact of data-driven initiatives.
- Help gather research insights to contribute creative ideas and data-backed suggestions for campaign development.
- Assist with setting up market research surveys, collating responses, and preparing initial summaries of findings.
- Learn and apply basic data visualisation techniques to assist in creating clear charts and dashboards for internal and client reports.
- Conduct routine social listening and competitor tracking, summarizing key activity and market developments.
- Research new ways to analyse data and deliver on data projects for key clients
- Support team members in administrative data tasks and maintain high standards of accuracy across routine client reporting.
- Follow established data governance policies, privacy standards, and compliance procedures in all daily data handling tasks.
What you’ll bring
- 0–2 years of experience in an analytical or marketing environment (internships or placement experience welcome).
- Degree or equivalent qualification/training in Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and an eagerness to learn advanced visualization/analytics platforms.
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
