We are looking for a natural planner and organiser with a proactive approach and strong background in marketing and project/account management.

This role would suit a highly motivated individual with a curious mind.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and proofreading skills with an eagerness to get stuck in with the day-to-day planning and delivery of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

As an ambitious independent marketing agency, working with multiple brands across varying sectors this role will allow you to take on a variation of tasks such as managing projects, meeting clients and supporting the wider teams in the agency to deliver clever, creative campaigns.

Our teams specialise in brand identity and design, content production, social media management, PR, SEO, media planning & buying. As part of this varied role, you will have the opportunity to:

– Collaborate with all teams to deliver, monitor, and report on projects for multiple clients

– Provide support and assist with managing, building and maintaining strong & effective client relationships.

– Inspire teams by creating interesting, strategically concise briefs

– Ensure workflow budgets/project timelines are in place and adhered to

– Regularly monitor quality control (of work) and servicing levels to ensure we are delivering to a high standard within the allocated budget.

– Other administrative tasks such as preparing for and taking minutes in meetings

– Utilise project management software such as Asana, Harvest and GSuite to track progress and communicate effectively

This role would ideally be based at our King’s Lynn office, with a balance of remote working considered.

What you’ll bring:

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, with great initiative and willingness to get stuck in

  • Excellent time management skills and a capability to meet deadlines

  • A high level of English spelling and grammar

  • A high level of attention to detail for proofreading, checking artwork etc

  • An ability to work across multiple projects with great organisational and time management skills

  • A strong team player and good people person

Requirements/Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role

  • Experience managing multiple projects and juggling varying workloads

  • Previous experience managing a high volume of emails/liaising with different external contacts

  • Previous experience in an agency environment would be advantageous but not essential
