Whilst we may shout about our technical excellence and soaring marketing expertise in this fast-moving industry, we often forget to mention how much fun we have on a day to day basis. We’ve jumped out of trees, thrashed go-karts round race tracks, we’ve even been to known to have our meetings on gigantic bean bags, and with an ever growing group of friendly staff, joining To The End could see the end of your Monday morning blues.

With offices in Norfolk and London, we currently have a team of thirty full-time staff members and offer marketing expertise to a wide variety of clients. We’re looking for an Account Manager and an Account Executive to support the recent expansion of our client portfolio.

 


 

Account Manager Position

This role will involve the delivery of digital marketing activities to our wide ranging client base. We are looking for someone with agency or an in house marketing background as you’ll play an integral role within the client services team. As you will be managing the delivery and reporting of client projects project management experience/background would be beneficial.

Someone with strong communication skills who is confident they can develop ongoing relationships with internal and external partners will be best suited to the role. You will be assisting the teams with creative campaign ideas, developing detailed plans and looking after client budgets. You will ideally have client facing experience, be able to multi-task, be very focused and enjoy working as part of a large team.

Purpose of the role

  • Meeting & liaising with clients to identify their digital marketing requirements.
  • Working with internal teams and the client to coordinate projects.
  • Monitoring all campaign stages and reporting on the success.
  • Developing areas for growth/recommendations to both the client & internal teams.
  • Ensuring campaign timescales and budgets are met.
  • Proactively offering creative ideas/solutions.
  • Supporting the development and success of the campaign strategies.
  • Provide general support to the wider team.
  • Support To The End overall digital marketing activity.

 

Essential skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and sociable.
  • Proactive, using initiative and willing to take responsibility.
  • A team player who can work effectively in groups.
  • Previous experience at this level.
  • Client services experience.
  • Excel at working both autonomously and collaboratively in a larger team.
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous project management experience.
  • Previous experience within a marketing department/marketing agency environment.
  • Educated to degree level.

 

Desirable skills:

  • Marketing related qualification(s).
  • A good knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.

 

 

Account Executive Position

We are looking for an ambitious individual to help deliver digital marketing activities to our wide ranging client base. In this role you will develop ongoing relationships with the team and our clients and you’ll be required to work in line with client campaign strategies and assist with the creativity, monitoring and delivering of these plans.

Purpose of the role

  • Meeting & liaising with clients to identify their digital marketing requirements.
  • Working with internal teams and the client to coordinate projects.
  • Sharing campaign ideas and plans to team members.
  • Carrying out of administrative tasks in line with campaign organisation and management.
  • Monitoring of all campaign stages and reporting.
  • Ensuring campaign timescales are met.
  • Assisting with creative ideas/solutions for campaigns.
  • Support To The End’s overall marketing activity.

 

    Essential skills:

  • Able to demonstrate a knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • A marketing related qualification.
